Hannover Exchange 2017 comes to an end
On Friday the group visited the Herrenhausen Gardens. Saturday 24th June then saw the end of the Bristol-Hannover exchange 2017. We had a great week that was well organised by the Hannover staff and students.

On Wednesday morning the group visited Xental dental laboratories near Celle. There we met one of the directors Axel Quint. We saw computer aided design of a zirconia crown and computer aided manufacture of crowns and bridges. Today the group attended a special lecture. Interestingly, this involved an in-patient attending at the front of the lecture theatre and sitting in the dental chair. Monday morning welcome from Prof Eisenburger followed by talks from Dr Tavassol on Maxillofacial Surgery and Miss Kerth on Orthognathic Surgery. Our students have the opportunity to go into operating theatres later in the week.
